What they do not always see is the silent battle taking place behind the scenes every single day. Living with fibromyalgia means facing challenges that are often invisible to others. It also means making personal sacrifices simply to continue living, working and achieving as normally as possible. The Reality Behind the Smile There are days when I smile while I am hurting.
